Why Chronic Illness Causes Anxiety (Even If You’ve Never Had It Before)

You used to trust your body. You didn’t think twice about making plans, committing to things, or just getting through the day. And now… everything feels uncertain. Symptoms come out of nowhere. Your energy is unpredictable. And there’s this underlying anxiety that wasn’t there before.
